  • What is the onboarding process like?

All new hires spend their first day in our Portland office for new hire orientation where they receive their IT equipment, go through a variety of training, learn about the company’s history and have lunch with the senior leadership team. From there, department training begins which lasts a few weeks to a few months depending on the department and role. New hires who live outside of Maine typically spend a few days to a week in Maine before they continue their training in one of our other offices or at home.
